The draft is written from the thread. Approve sends it. Decline throws it away. It does not send itself.

Campaigns get the text out. The inbox is where a person answers. The pipeline is the same contact, one stage later.
Happy to walk through it. What time tomorrow works for a quick call?

A reply comes back on the number that sent the first text.
Per-number routing
The first send assigns a sticky number. Later replies, drafts, and calls use that line, so a team doesn’t answer from a different caller ID than the one the lead already has.
Pipeline
New Reply, Interested, Booked, Nurture — or names you choose. Moving a card doesn’t lose the texts. Notes and assignment stay on the contact.
The draft is written from the thread. Approve sends it. Decline throws it away. It does not send itself.
SMS and connected email on the same contact. Assign the thread. The next person sees the history.
A later text can be drafted from where the thread stopped. You still approve it. Opt-outs are already removed.
Fifteen minutes. We’ll walk the campaign, the inbox, and the registration.
