Does an AI draft send by itself?
No. Suggested replies are drafts. A person approves them before they send. A campaign sends when you start or schedule it.
What is a texting credit?
One SMS segment, up to 160 characters, uses one credit. A picture message (MMS) uses three. Included credits are part of Pro and Business. Free has no texting credits.
Do I need 10DLC?
Yes for business texting from US local numbers. Tappen includes a guided registration. The Business plan includes white-glove submission within 24 hours of signup.
What happens if someone replies STOP?
STOP, HELP, and the standard variants are handled. That contact is not texted again from the workspace numbers.
Can I import a list?
Yes. CSV import maps fields and can flag duplicates. Export is available. Only text people whose consent covers your business.
How do seats work?
Free and Pro include 1 seat. Business includes 3. Extra seats can be added on a paid plan.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans keep the annual commitment. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan has no card and no texting credits. Pro and Business include a 14-day trial. A card is required for the trial.
